Delete your whole account
Go to Settings, scroll down to Delete account, type the confirmation word and press the button. It is immediate and cannot be undone. At that moment:
- Your Airedes subscription is cancelled, with no further charges.
- If you sell Paths, your clients' subscriptions are cancelled; Settings tells you beforehand how many are active.
- Your Instagram accounts are disconnected and their tokens, rules and queues are deleted.
- Your identity, canvases, paths, audits, radars, prospecting lists, scripts and the rest of your content are deleted.
- Your access is removed: that account can no longer sign in.
Payment, sales and commission records are kept only for as long as tax law requires.
Delete only your Instagram data
From Airedes
Go to Automations, find the connected Instagram account and press Disconnect. At that moment the access token, every rule of that account and any comments and messages left in the queue are deleted.
From Instagram
- Open Instagram and go to Settings and privacy.
- Go into Apps and websites.
- Find Airedes and press Remove.
Instagram notifies us automatically and we delete that account's data straight away. Meta shows you a confirmation code you can use to check the status below.
What exactly is deleted
- The Instagram access token, which stops being usable.
- The automation rules attached to that account.
- The comments and direct messages stored in the sending queue, with their text and the identifier of whoever wrote them.
- That account's sending quota counter.

If you cannot sign in
If you no longer have access to your account, write to eduardo@leadsygroup.com from the email address you registered with and we will delete it for you. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
