Write to us

Any question, bug or request: eduardo@leadsygroup.com. We answer on business days, usually within 48 hours. If you are writing about a problem, tell us where you are seeing it — iPhone app or browser — and which screen you were on; that solves most things on the first reply.

Most asked

Signing in

You can sign in with Apple, with Google or with email and password, and it is the same account on the phone and on the web: what you do in one shows up in the other. If you forgot your password, the sign-in screen has a link to get the reset email.

Tokens and plans

A token is one AI action. Every plan comes with a monthly allowance that refills at the start of the month and does not roll over. Your balance is in Settings. Plans and top-ups are handled on the web with this same account, and whatever you buy there shows up on the phone right away.

Deleting your account

From the app itself, in Settings → Delete account. Everything it contains is deleted and cannot be recovered; if you have a subscription, it is cancelled. The details and the alternative route are in delete my data.

Instagram

Connecting a professional Instagram account is optional and only needed for the automations. Everything else — audit, scripts, paths, radar — works without connecting anything. Disconnecting immediately deletes that account's token, rules and queue.

Still have questions?

Write to us and a person answers, not a bot. We reply within 48 business hours.

Airedes writes your audits, scripts, paths and replies with another company's artificial intelligence. We need your permission for that.

  • What is sent: what you write in the app, the files you attach and the public data of the profiles you analyse.
  • To whom: OpenRouter, which passes it to Google's Gemini model.
  • What for: only to generate each response. It is not used for advertising.
