1. Who we are

Airedes is a service of Leadsy Group LLC (EIN 39-5161180), 6308 Raleigh St APT 314, Orlando, FL 32835-5605, United States. Contact: eduardo@leadsygroup.com. By using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. What the service is

Airedes is a workspace for creators and businesses on social media. With it you can:

Define your brand identity and audit Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Research your niche with Radar and the canvas, and write hooks and scripts with AI.
Follow a daily plan with the Path to success, for yourself or for your clients.
Train gems with your method and sell them on the marketplace.
Automate replies to comments and messages on Instagram accounts you connect and authorise.
Find potential clients with Prospecting and Leads, from public data.

3. Your account

You can sign in with Google, with Apple (in the iPhone app) or with email and password. During the beta, signing up may require an invitation.
You must be over 18.
You are responsible for whatever happens under your account and for keeping its access secure.
You may only connect Instagram accounts you own or for which you have the owner's express authorisation.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Airedes to:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading content.
Use the contact data you get with Leads or Prospecting for communications that your law or the recipient's law does not allow.
Break Meta's platform terms, Instagram's community guidelines or the terms of any other connected platform.
Automate third-party accounts without their consent.
Impersonate anyone or sell generated content as if it were regulated professional advice.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, especially if it puts the platform's access to Meta's APIs at risk.

Zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. Marketplace gems and ranking profiles are seen by other people, so you may not publish offensive, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content, or impersonate anyone. Any gem or profile can be reported from inside the app, and anyone can be blocked so you no longer see their content. We review every report within 24 hours and remove the content and eject the person who posted it when it breaks these rules.

5. Path ranking

Airedes has a consistency ranking for the Path to success. It is optional and you start outside it: you only appear if you switch it on in Settings or from your profile with «Make public», and from the first day you close.

While you are in it, everyone else with an Airedes account sees your name, your picture, your points, your completed days and your streaks, the Instagram account you have claimed —with its follower count— and the names of the paths you walk with their progress. The content of your paths, your answers, your notes, your audits, your email, your sales and your billing data are never shown.

You can leave whenever you want with the same switch; your progress keeps being saved. The ranking is calculated on its own from the days you close: we do not review it or order it by hand.

6. AI-generated content

The plans, audits, scripts and messages the AI generates are suggestions. We do not guarantee business results, reach, sales or growth, and reviewing the content before publishing or sending it is your responsibility.

7. Plans, tokens and payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Plans are monthly, with no lock-in, and renew automatically until you cancel them.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of tokens; a token is one AI action. Tokens refill on renewal and do not roll over from one month to the next.
You can change plan from Settings; the difference is prorated. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the period already paid for runs to its end; you can resume before it ends.
If your plan starts with a free trial, the chosen plan is charged when it ends unless you cancel before.

8. Selling on Airedes

You can sell Paths to your clients by subscription and gems on the marketplace. To get paid you need a verified Stripe Connect account in your name.
Airedes acts as the technical platform and keeps a commission on each charge, shown before you publish and in your sales panel.
If you sell a Path, you are the one contracting with your client and the one answering for the service provided, for invoicing the client and for after-sales support.
By listing a gem you guarantee you have the rights to everything in it. Whoever buys it gets a copy for their own use inside Airedes; they cannot resell it.

9. Ambassador and referral programme

If you share your code, you earn a commission on the subscriptions of the people who sign up with it, at the percentage and under the conditions shown in your panel. Commissions are paid through the method you choose. We may cancel commissions obtained through fraud —for example, referring yourself or using fake accounts— and end your participation in the programme.

10. Intellectual property

The content you upload or generate is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process it in order to provide you with the service —and, if you list a gem or join the ranking, to show it to other people—. The software, the brand and the design of Airedes are ours.

11. Availability and liability

The service is provided «as is». We depend on third-party APIs (Meta, Stripe, AI and data providers) that can change, fail or limit access. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the event that gives rise to it.

12. Termination

You can stop using the service whenever you want and delete your account yourself from Settings → Delete account; the subscription is cancelled at that moment. We may close an account for a serious breach of these terms, with notice unless the law prevents it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States), without applying its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are submitted to the state or federal courts of Orange County, Florida, unless the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live give you another venue.
